SWEARING-IN CEREMONY

11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 9, West Steps of state Capitol. Following the ceremony, enjoy music, dance and other live cultural performances. Congratulate new Gov. Ritter and Lt. Gov. O'Brien with hot beverages and light refreshments as they receive guests in the Capitol rotunda. Free and open to the public.

INAUGURAL DINNER

Friday, Jan. 12. Join Gov. Ritter and Lt. Gov. O'Brien at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver for a reception from 5 to 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 6.

By popular demand, we’ve added a second dinner on Friday, January 12! Identical in all respects to the first dinner that quickly sold out, the second dinner is scheduled to take place at the Hyatt Regency Hotel; directly across the street from the Colorado Convention Center. Join Gov. Ritter and Lt. Gov. O'Brien for a reception from 5 to 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 6.

INAUGURAL CONCERT – Jessi Colter to Headline!

8:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 12, Colorado Convention Center. Following dinner, celebrate the Ritter-O'Brien inauguration at this exciting concert. Tickets are $20 per person. Country star Jessi Colter will headline the concert. Additional acts include Mariachi Vásquez, the Spirituals Project Choir and the West African drum and dance troupe Kissidugu. FRONT RANGE WHISTLE-STOP TRAIN TOUR

Saturday, Jan. 13. Gov. Ritter and Lt. Gov. O'Brien will tour the Front Range in a vintage Union-Pacific train. The trip will start in Greeley and make stops for old-fashioned political rallies and speeches in Brighton, Littleton, Colorado Springs and Pueblo. Tickets are $300 per person to ride the train. SPAGHETTI DINNER

Saturday, Jan. 13. Following the train tour, attend a Spaghetti Dinner at the Pueblo Union Depot.

Tickets are now on sale for $20 at the Pueblo County Democrats Office, located at 305 North Santa Fe Avenue in Pueblo.
